Kojiro Miyamoto
Owner / Roaster / Barista
Born in Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture in 1985 (Showa 60). After graduating from high school, he moved to Osaka. After working as a bartender for about 10 years, he wanted to shift to a life where he mainly worked during the day, so he quit his previous job and returned to Okayama City. He became interested in coffee culture through his hobby of surfing, and was deeply impressed by the aroma coffee he encountered in his hometown. He was attracted by the atmosphere of the towns in Miyazaki Prefecture he had visited while surfing, and moved to Miyazaki City in 2015. He first started "Rossa Coffee" as a mobile sales business. He opened a physical store in October 2015, and opened "Rossa Roastery" in June 2021.
Keisuke Sakagawa
Director / Designer
Born in Miyazaki City, Miyazaki Prefecture in 1996. Currently in charge of corporate IT and information systems security at multiple companies in Tokyo. He has been visiting ROSA COFFEE in his hometown of Miyazaki since it first opened, and developed an interest in coffee. He now enjoys barista work as a hobby at home.
